The Vale Niseko

Niseko's newest luxury complex. A combination of apartments and hotel rooms due for completion in early November 2009, design specifications to the highest standards. The standard and superior hotel rooms are a spacious minimum of 31 sqm. Deluxe rooms a very ample 43 square metres. the complex will boast both swimming pool and hot spring (onsen), and downstairs cafe/restaurant for breakfast. Fons and Lucus are a moderate 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplexes located in Izumikyo. This property has full kitchen, separate living area, drying room, TV and internet but no laundry. Bedrooms are Japanese style luxury with futon beds – very comfortable mattresses are firm. The living area is very comfortable for between 2 – 4 guests. Tirol

Tonttu

Moderate Lofted bedroom + 1 bathroom cottage located in Izumikyo – an economic option for shorter stays. This property has full kitchen, TV but no laundry or internet. The spacious 36 sqm Loft bedroom is open plan with a ½ wall division between the 4 single beds. The living area is very comfortable for between 2 to 4 guests. Alpen

Alpen Hotel has ski to the door access, and all the facilities you would expect from one of Niseko's premier hotels - swimming pool, sauna, shops, restaurants and rental gear. The Alpen has everything under one roof and only a turn or two from the lifts. Rooms are western style with ensuite toilet and bathroom, friendly staff and fine buffet style breakfast. Hakuunso

Ski to the door, short 3 minutes walk back to the Gondola. Rooms are western and Japanese style, some are share facilities and some have bathroom and toilet facilities. Great view of Niseko. The owner's brag of their Milk bath (we've yet to try that.). A comprehensive buffet breakfast leaning to Japanese taste but with western items and a very affordable (1500Yen) buffet dinner. Kimamaya by Odin

This former B&B is now a boutique luxury lodge with 9 only rooms. The new owners renovation includes private bathrooms and King split beds in all rooms. Amenities include a comfortable apres ski lounge with fire place and library, Bar, massage room, and spa. The location is in front of lift shuttle stop 2 just 150 metres from the centre of the village and many of Hirafu's best restaurants close to hand. Locomotion
	Very comfortable pension with wonderful owners. Located in the Izumikyo section of Hirafu near Jo Jo’s bar, 2 minutes from the shuttle and 7-8 minute walk to the centre of the village. Moorea
	Modest pension located 200 metres from the main road and 7 or 8 minute walk to the Ace chair lift. Yukoro Onsen and many of Hirafu’s bars and restaurants are close by. Owashi Lodge

Brilliantly located budget property a minute from Ace Quad 2. Rooms have a either a standard bunk - 2 single mattresses, Double/single bunk and a dorm room sleeping up to 6 in 3 standard bunks. Standard Bunk rooms share with one person or can be booked for single use for a surcharge. The Double/ single bunk rooms can sleep 2 adults and a child up to 12 years for some of the most cost effective accommodation available. Pension Full Note
	Pension Full Note in Hirafu is a family run property and your hosts are proud of their business. There are a games rooms and living areas, and rooms have beds (not futons). The bathrooms are shared. Slowlife Lodge

It is located in Izumikyo, has relaxed and unique western and Japanese mixed atmosphere, has been recently refurbished, there are comfortable living areas and excellent facilities, 7 twin rooms with sofa beds, 4 double rooms, a triple room and quad room. You are guaranteed first tracks at this comfortable and peaceful lodge/ petit Hotel located in Hanazono well away from the holiday clutter in main village Hirafu.
